Capricorn Full Moon - July 2017 | Commitment to our Dharma, In Sickness and In Health

Letting go of our idealism when committing to one’s path…

Welcome to the Capricorn Full Moon!

Today I want to speak of how those of us who identify as Rainbow Warriors, as the bringers of a new and transformational consciousness must first be transformed by these energies so we can embody and then transmit theses frequencies to others. The pain that we go through in transmuting these energies within ourselves, matures and creates wisdom in each of us, allowing us further discipline and self mastery.

The sign of Capricorn is ruled by the planet Saturn. Saturn has been called, ‘The Lord of Karma, Father Time, and also shares an alignment with the Rune Nauthiz, the bringer of pain and limitation. But it’s also the archetype of achievement and the philosophy of, ‘Hard work will earn you great rewards’ as well as ‘Due to the passing of time and respect for disciplining our inner nature we will gain insight, wisdom, great depth, and an integrated maturity. We will then achieve a level of self mastery.’

This earthy energy works with the material realm in it’s most evolved aspect. Achievement is therefore in turn to build the enterprise of the world one lives in, to architect our life and destiny. This is the highest call of Capricornian energy. Building and achieving to empower and lead. To become the Grandfather.

Discipline and hard work is required in the achievement of mastery of one’s craft, and we must commit ourselves in order to reap the full benefits we know that we are able to cultivate.

And, to gear this lesson towards the current consciousness of Rainbow Warrior Tribe, I want to bring up the notion of idealism in the perception of what it is to be transformational teachers and healers. Those of us who have incarnated to fulfill these roles are leaders. We are often on a transformational journey ourselves, so we can then guide and heal others bringing them across the bridge, as we are assigned to.

We act as anchor points for this new era of consciousness and therefore, we must be in integrity with the currents of that energy in order to seed these frequencies of light onto the Earth. That is why ascension consciousness has these intense polarities and swings in our collective fields. Our journeys, with their intense ups and downs must be lived through with courage and awareness to this higher truth, with an inner knowledge that we are strong enough to be risen like offerings, and then crushed again to be refined and made into fine wines as this poem by Rumi states..

The grapes of my body can only become wine

After the winemaker tramples me.

I surrender my spirit like grapes to his trampling

So my inmost heart can blaze and dance with joy.

Although the grapes go on weeping blood and sobbing

“I cannot bear any more anguish, any more cruelty”

The trampler stuffs cotton in his ears: “I am not working in ignorance

You can deny me if you want, you have every excuse,

But it is I who am the Master of this Work.

And when through my Passion you reach Perfection,

You will never be done praising my name.”

There is great idealism created by the highs of transformational work. We have bohemian festivals where we dance, sing, and pray. We see yoga teachers on retreat and people creating videos from the beach on how to stay positive (guilty ;) ) and it’s all very glamourous.

However, I’d like to offer and example of how those of us who are called to be vessels of consciousness, bringers of an aspect of the ethereal into this dimension, must first face their own shadows in order to transmute and transmit those qualities of consciousness.

At a transformational festival recently, I was speaking to the artist who provided the backdrop scenery for the stages. All of the paintings were of Hindu deities modeled after people he loved that depicted the specific archetype of consciousness that deity represented.

For example, Lakshmi represents wealth and abundance and the warrior and divine masculine destroyer aspect is represented by Shiva.

As he spoke about the paintings he described the ease but also the challenges he faced throughout the process of painting these archetypes. The archetypes that he felt naturally comfortable expressing were very easy to create, as he had integrated those energies within himself and therefore effortlessly onto the canvas. But the archetypes he tended to reject in himself were the paintings he struggled to finish, and also had to work with, and embody the energies of, while he was creating them.

I too, had an experience like this in my own life, while creating a Tarot Card deck. In 2013, I started to design a Major Arcana deck that montaged classical images from old photographs and paintings. Though the designs I created were rich very lovely, because of the transmutational process in each one I only finished 6 cards. My first card was effortless, The High Priestess naturally flew out of me, and then in no time later, the Hermit.

These are archetypes I fully embody and have no problem working with. My hermit depicted a Sadhu from India sitting on a magic carpet, and all was well. :) But then, as I was led to create the Tower and the Devil card in succession, I was so depressed and had deep challenges in relationships with dear friends come up during those weeks as I was making the cards. Feelings of inadequacy, of loneliness, and despair. Though the designs came out beautifully, the process was painstaking. And so soon after, my desire to follow through with that offering diminished.

Technically, I’m still working on Temperance. This is the card I was stuck on, and of course has a deep personal meaning for me. I was born on the 14th and that is the 14th archana card, which symbolizes balance, restraint, and the middle way where nothing is excess. As someone who is richly passionate and tends to live in emotional extremes, being centered and living in balance as this card represents has been a growing edge in my life.

But I digress…

So as we who are leaders of change and transformational consciousness are called to step into our roles as speakers, teachers, and healers, we will also be transformed by our work. This is a part of the process, and we haven’t been doing anything wrong by always having to, ‘Go through it.” This is just the nature of transformation itself, and therefore those of us who are meant to offer these deep rituals of transformational work must first be transformed by the work ourselves in order to embody these new energies and radiate them outwards.

We cannot avoid this process, and although it can be very painful, it is part of the nature of consciousness.Transmutation leads to growth and is part of the path of coming into maturity and evolving towards wisdom.

Enter the Rune of constraint, Natuthiz

As Capricorn represents the stabilizing energy of structure and discipline it as well as represents boundaries and our physical limitations. As humans, we live in a 3D, material reality, unlike the boundlessness of the astral realm. Those of us who are a bit magical and have multidimensional consciousness remember that is is possible to think things into existence. But on Earth, things take more time. To sprout a seed, it takes a delicate balance of energy, water, light, and the proper soil and environment in which to grow. Our ideas, projects, and even we ourselves similarly need conducive environments in order to flourish.

In the astral realm, out of thought, word (or sound/vibration), and intention, we are able to bring the unmanifest into form. We can co-create reality. This is Magic, the archetype of the Magi. “From my will, I create and bring this into existence.” We do this a bit on this plane of reality by aligning our will with the nature of the cosmos, but here we must also negotiate with limitations, our own karma, and the will of the others involved. Here on Earth we are subject to the limitations of space and time and other constraints.

“Use your fate, do not strive against it.” - Guido Von List

But we can also use this energy to help solidify our foundations so our tree of life will one day flourish. Offering yourself what feeds your roots will enable your tree to grow.

So, I would say this full moon represents us looking at our Dharma. What our work is on the Earth, and seeing in what ways we can better digest the limits and constrains that are a part of our path so we can commit ourselves more fully to the scope of our work. We can also ask ourselves in which ways those constraints are asking us to become a bigger, more expanded, and more disciplined version of ourselves. The way through is by saying yes to commitment, to personal responsibility, and showing perseverance.

When we say yes to the cycles of time and to the seasons, we are surrendering to the fact that there will be ups and downs and understand that they are part of the transformational work. These transformations happen to us regardless whether we are walking our paths consciously, in a visceral and intense way, or just allowing these changes to happen slowly over time.

So the question then becomes, “How much are we going to allow ourselves to be changed and transformed in order to really awaken?” If we have deep beliefs in the higher purpose of awakening out of the matrix of reality and changing the consciousness of our planet then the process must start from within. We have to surrender and allow ourselves to be molded into our own unique highest version.

This takes into account the whole cycle of of transformation, which includes really recognizing our shadows, seeing where we get in our own way, and when were sabotaging ourselves. Looking at this and taking inventory of our lives is not always pleasant but it's real. It's important on the road to empowerment that we empower ourselves by taking responsibility and ownership over the ways we hold ourselves just shy of our greatest potential.

Because we as transmitters of this new consciousness of reality, must allow ourselves to be transformed from within in order to radiate and transmit that frequency of transformation out and into the world.

We are like little acupuncture needles on this planet, the light grid of Rainbow Warriors, who act as pinpoints that align and connect the higher frequencies of consciousness onto the earth.

And so it is.

In love, light, and warrior spirit,

Michelle Infinity

Additional reading on Nauthiz

This Rune is sometimes referred to as “the great teacher.” Nauthiz allows us the opportunity to truly look deep within, open up all those doors in the hallways of our minds, and let the healing light of sun, the freshness of the breezes of the air, and the honesty to our own self allow us to open the door wide to a better understanding of whom we truly are.

Aho ❤
