I read a quote yesterday (which I can't find right now!) that really resonated with me that advised the reader to find out what they are really afraid of, what their limits really are, in order to actively challenge those limits. I feel like that was a message just for me. My intention now is to come to understand myself and my challenges so that I can approach them creatively and at a sensible pace. It makes sense that facing fears will be a challenge, a work out, that levels up the stronger I get. Today I'll go work with my excellent therapist and see where this idea takes me.
It's a little late, but I'd like to share the drawing I did to celebrate 888. I received the helpful wisdom that connecting with the natural self can be facilitated by using the non-dominant hand. Practice is paying off ^_^ I have much more control than I did even a few short months ago.
